I offer therapy that feels supportive, real, and tailored to where you are in life—not a one-size-fits-all approach. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, professionals juggling stress and high expectations, and parents who need extra support helping their children or adolescents thrive. Whether your child or teen is struggling with communication, maintaining consistent boundaries, managing emotions, or strengthening the parent–child relationship, therapy is a space to build skills and confidence together. I also provide couples therapy and one-on-one therapy for children, adolescents, and teens, focusing on emotional regulation, stress management, social skills, anger management, peer relationships, and independent thinking. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where growth feels achievable, progress is celebrated, and clients of all ages feel empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Getting started is simple and stress-free. The first step is to reach out by phone or email to schedule an initial consultation, where we’ll talk briefly about what you’re looking for and how I can best support you. From there, we’ll complete any needed paperwork and set up your first session at a time that works for you. During the initial session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, discussing your goals, and creating a plan that feels comfortable and aligned with your needs. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, your teen, or your relationship, the process is designed to be welcoming, collaborative, and paced in a way that helps you feel supported from day one.

What makes me different is that I show up as a real human first—therapist second. I connect authentically and meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, pressure, or rigid expectations about how therapy is “supposed” to look. I don’t believe in forcing clients into cookie-cutter treatment models; instead, I create flexible, individualized approaches that fit your life, your needs, and your goals. I bring genuine curiosity, respect, and warmth into every session because I truly believe you are the expert on your own life—I’m simply here to support you, strengthen the tools you already have, and help sharpen the areas where you want more support. I’ll also gently (and sometimes not so gently 😉) challenge you to face fears, push past limits, and start believing in yourself—even when others have told you something is impossible. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are: in pajamas on the couch, walking outside, holding your baby as a new postpartum mom, frustrated, emotional, cussing, or exhausted. We’ll stay right there together and work through it—real life and all.

I believe access to quality mental health care should feel clear, flexible, and supportive—not stressful. I accept insurance across multiple platforms, which allows me to work with a wide range of plans and make services more accessible. Currently, I accept most major insurances through Headway, Rula, and Tava, giving clients several options to use their benefits in a way that works best for them. For clients who are uninsured or need additional flexibility, I also offer sliding-scale pricing on a case-by-case basis, determined through a brief financial screening to ensure fairness and transparency. My goal is to collaborate with you to find a financial option that supports your well-being while respecting your circumstances.

Working with me feels collaborative, supportive, and refreshingly real. From the very first session, you’ll notice that therapy with me is not about perfection or rigid rules—it’s about connection, honesty, and forward movement. I create a space where you can breathe, laugh, vent, reflect, and grow, all in the same conversation. I listen deeply, show up consistently, and tailor our work to fit your life, your values, and your pace. You can expect a balance of warmth and accountability: I’ll validate your experiences, respect your autonomy, and also challenge you when it matters—always with care and intention. Together, we’ll focus on practical tools, meaningful insight, and sustainable change, so you leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and more confident in navigating life as your most authentic self.
